Accesibility Of Coasts Meeting
On January 30, 2024, the 2nd stage of the coastal accessibility meeting organized by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Barrier-Free Branch Directorate took place in Izmir Limontepe Olympic Village.
On January 30, 2024, the 2nd Stage of the coastal accessibility meeting was held at the Limontepe Olympic Village campus, Izmir, under the management of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Barrier-Free Branch Directorate. Tourism for All Association, Çeşme, Menderes, Karaburun, Dikili, Seferihisar Municipalities and local Blue Flag officials attended the meeting. At the meeting, municipalities shared their experiences regarding disabled facilities at Blue Flag beaches. During the inspections we carried out as TÜRÇEV, the subject was explained about the deficiencies in disabled facilities and how disabled facilities should be fully implemented on a Blue Flag beach. During the meeting, ideas were exchanged about the work to be done for the disabled and what could be done to ensure that disabled facilities comply with the standards was discussed.
